September Trial Lessons

It’s been such a fun month for me in the studio, as I’ve been able to welcome back one-to-one pupils and also invite some new drummers to come and try out lessons. It’s made me realise how much I’ve missed teaching, and how much I enjoy talking about drumming and music with pupils who are keen to improve and learn.

With the on going free trial lesson offer, I’ve had 8 new drummers coming to try out the studio, and 2 more booked in to come next month. All the drummers have either booked follow up lessons and are planning to book more lessons in the future, ranging from weekly lessons to monthly lessons to work around their time commitments.

The other thing I’ve been reminded of from teaching this last month, is how different every pupils is! All the drummers who have come to me have their own individual goals, and are at totally different stages of life with varied musical experiences. I love this challenge as a teacher, and trying to find the best way to relate to each particular pupil and help them reach their goals.
