Drum Lessons That Fit Around Your Life
One of the questions I'm asked most often is, "Do I have to book lessons every week?"
The simple answer is no.
I know that not everyone can commit to the same time every week, so I've set up my online booking system to give you much more flexibility.
Book Lessons When It Suits You
Instead of committing to a regular weekly lesson, you can log into the booking system, see what's available and book a lesson whenever it suits you.
This works really well if you:
Work shifts or have an unpredictable schedule.
Have children with lots of after-school activities.
Travel regularly.
Are learning just for fun and want lessons now and again.
Some pupils book every few weeks, while others just book the odd lesson when they feel they need one. It's completely up to you.
Prefer Regular Lessons?
If you'd rather have a regular lesson, that's absolutely fine too.
My main teaching day is Wednesday, and I'm happy to offer weekly or fortnightly lessons where I have availability.
Regular lesson slots are subject to availability, so I can't always guarantee the same time every week, but if that's what you're looking for, just get in touch and I'll always do my best to find something that works.

There's no need to message back and forth trying to find a time that suits us both. Just choose a slot that works for you and book it.
Lesson slots are released one month in advance, so you'll always be able to see upcoming availability and plan ahead if you want to.
Teaching Availability Throughout the Year
Alongside teaching, I'm also a working musician, so my availability changes slightly throughout the year.
The summer and Christmas periods are my busiest times for gigs, which means I usually have fewer teaching days available.
During quieter parts of the year, I often release more lesson slots, giving you even more choice.
If you're hoping to book lessons during the busier months, it's always worth booking early once the next month's availability is released.
Learn Your Way
Everyone learns differently, and everyone's schedule is different.
Some pupils like the routine of a lesson every week. Others prefer fortnightly lessons, and plenty of people just book as and when they have the time.
The aim is to make learning music fit around your life, not the other way round.
